Amy will take you out on a training run giving you instruction on form and pace. These runs are catered to the athlete’s ability.
Weekly track workouts are held to improve the form and speed of runners at all levels. Amy creates workouts that meet the needs of all running abilities, and coaches these workouts not only to inspire you, but to give you the confidence that you can get it done. Each workout is different addressing the needs of the sprinter to the long distance runner.
