ri cycling coachIt is that time of year again, welcome to the first in my series of  3 x 10 x 1. This is a 10 mile ride, and  a 1 mile run repeated three times. The workout combines riding, T2 transitions, and running.  A great way to measure where your fitness level stands after a long winter of training.  The cycling portion has one climb on a very fast 10 mile course.  The run course is out and back pancake flat.  A secured transition area so no need to worry about your bike while you are running.  Post workout gathering at Captain Jacks Salt Marsh Pub!  Beer awards will be given out to lowest combined times.  Contact me if you would like to join us.
