Amy works with certified nutritionists that have experience in working with athletes. She will match you with a nutritionist who best suits your personality and needs, and then work with that person to tailor your program for success.

- How to shop nutritionally and for exercise.
- Meals and how to organize them and make them good.
- Feeling like your not cheating yourself.
- Supplementing your diet with vitamins and or nutritional powders.

- Educate about shopping for foods that help you meet that goal.
- Develop a menu for meals and snacks.
- How to incorporate exercise with loosing weight
